  • No, we do not offer this option. All orders placed online will be shipped to the address provided. Please visit our retail stores in Powell and Riverton, Wyoming to choose from an array of general merchandise.

• How do I return my merchandise?

• I purchased a product at one of your retail stores. Can I return/exchange this product through the online store by shipping it back?

  • No, returns and exchanges need to be made at the original location from which the item was purchased. In regards to exchanges, we do not accept exchanges for web orders.

Online Gift Certificates

• How do I purchase a Linton's Big R Online Gift Certificate?

  • Select the Gift Certificates link to purchase an Online Gift Certificate. After you have made your purchase, the Online Gift Certificate(s) will be emailed to you. Online Gift Certificates are always delivered to the email address you provide. We do not mail Gift Certificates nor allow in-store pickup for Online Gift Certificates.
    

• How do I check the balance on my Online Gift Certificate?

  • Sign in to your online account using your email address and password. Click the Gift Certificates link on the right-hand column of the page. Under "Gift Certificate Verification," type in your "Gift Certificate ID" number and hit "Submit". PLEASE NOTE: In order to check your balance and for the "Gift Certificate Verification" field to be visible, you must be signed in to your account.
    

• Can I use my Online Gift Certificate to buy merchandise at your stores in Powell or Riverton?

  • No, Online Gift Certificates cannot be used to buy products at our retail stores. Online Gift Certificates MAY ONLY BE USED ONLINE at lintonsbigr.com.

Linton's Big R Online Gift Certificates are also available for purchase on the website; Online Gift Certificates are delivered via email and may only be used for online purchases.
