Return Policy

  • If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be more than happy to accept a return. Please note that we do not accept exchanges. We advise that you return your item for a full refund and place a new order at the same time. Placing the new order ensures that you will receive it quickly and that it won't go out of stock.
  • Returns are subject to the following criteria (Any return that does not meet conditions outlined below will be refused and returned to sender at their expense):
    • Merchandise must be in new, original, unused condition with the tags attached.
    • Merchandise will be refused if the item(s) has been worn, washed or is missing tags.
    • Merchandise with odors or pet hair will be refused.
    • Merchandise must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date.
    • Copy of the packing list must be included with merchandise being returned.
  • Upon acceptance of return, a refund will be issued to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used in the original purchase. The refund amount will reflect the full purchase price of the item(s) including any applicable sales tax and less any discounts applied. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund transaction to reflect on your statement.

How to Return Your Items

  • Sign in to your online account
  • Click on Order History and search for the applicable order
  • Click on the order #
  • Scroll down to "Create Return Request"
  • Select the item(s) you would like to return and then click "Create"
  • You will be notified via email with an RMA number (Return ID) once your request is authorized
  • Refer to the Return Authorization email for instructions on printing your Return Slip
  • Please attach Return Slip to the package or include it in the package with the item(s) you are returning.
