Free Shipping Offer Details

Free GROUND Shipping and handling on orders of $100 or more applies to UPS Ground shipping within the 48 contiguous UNITED STATES ONLY (we do not ship to HI or AK). To receive this Free Shipping offer, a qualifying merchandise purchase of $100 or more is required - qualifying merchandise order total includes services and excludes any promotions, discount amount, duty, taxes, shipping and handling, return labels and express or additional ship charges.

Free shipping does not apply to UPS 2 Day or Next Day Shipping. Please note that you must select the UPS FREE GROUND SHIPPING option to receive the discount. Otherwise, the full shipping charge will be applied. Customers holding coupons or promotion codes for other free shipping offers may be required to provide the coupon or promotion code for those offers.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship within the 48 contiguous UNITED STATES ONLY (we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska). All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, UPS 2 Day, or UPS Next Day. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery. The shipping and handling charge is calculated as a preset percentage of the value of your order and additionally depends on the destination. Please refer to the charts below.

Linton's Big R Stores' office hours of operation are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST Monday - Friday. We require around 3-5 business days to process each order carefully, (regardless of shipping method) and shipping requires additional time depending on which method you choose, so you can expect to receive your Carhartt clothing anywhere from 5 -14 business days after placing your order. Please understand that these times may vary during the busy holiday season.

All orders should arrive with a packing slip. Please confirm that all the information on the packing slip is consistent with the materials in the box. If by chance you are dissatisfied with your product upon arrival, please refer to our Return Policy.

Order Processing and Tracking

Most Carhartt orders ship directly from the manufacturer. We do our best to keep you informed throughout the entire order process. Shortly after placing an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation that contains your invoice and explains that your order has been processed and is expecting to ship soon. Next, when your order has been shipped, we will email you the UPS tracking information so you can click to view the shipping progress. You may also log on to your online account to view your order status at any time.

Linton's Big R Online Gift Certificates are emailed to you after have made your purchase. You may then use your Gift Certificate(s) towards web purchases only; online gift certificates will be refused at our retail stores in Powell and Riverton.

All products purchased from are delivered via an independent carrier not affiliated with nor controlled by Linton's Big R or Title to products purchased on, as well as the risk of loss for such products, transfers to you when these items are picked up by the independent carrier for delivery.
